Didier Brizard has a Master Degree in Business Law from St-Etienne Law School and a Master Degree in Sciences in International Business from St-Mary’s College (California).


In 1987, he has started his professional career in Paris as a lawyer in charge of Corporate Finances, Projects Financing and Foreign Investments in Asia.


Since 1997, he is based in Shanghai and has been involved in Direct Foreign Investments operations as well as in Mergers & Acquisitions in Asia and more specifically in China.


In 2005, he became Head of Asia Pacific at Tiare Family Office.


Over the years, he has acquired a concrete expertise in developing tax and portfolios analysis for Chinese HNWI and has become an efficient practitioner of wealth management able to structure innovative strategic plans as well as to provide his Asian clients with the most appropriate advices.


Didier Brizard is giving lectures in famous Chinese Universities as well as in European Business Schools (Business development in China, Negotiation with Chinese Partners, …), and has been Key Speaker at various professional forums discussing the legal and tax issues linked to wealth management in Asia and Family Office implantation in China.
